    4 Stage Web Design Plan

    ONBOARDING

    The very beginning of the project. Includes a discovery call, project proposal, contract, first payment and kickoff call.

    3. Contract & Payment

    OVER COMMUNICATE AT ALL STAGES. WITHOUT CONTRACT AND PAYMENT THERE’S NO WORK.

    4. Kick-off Call

    A time to get intentional with clients and start getting really specific about dates, times, plans & deadlines.

    • Deadlines for both parties. (COPY. BRANDING. IMAGES. FEEDBACK)
    • Deadlines must have CONSEQUENCES.
    • Fee?
    • Missed opportunity for feedback = missed revisions.
    • 24 hours to respond with feedback.

    3. Revisions

    1 REVISION FOR EACH STAGE OF THE PROJECT

    • 1 Revision: All other pages

    LAUNCH

    Testing everything on the website including form, shopping carts etc. Set up a potential launch date everyone feels comfortable with.

    • Checking all links
    • 100% dogfooding

    Setting the client up for success and continuing to follow up with them after the project is finished.
